back to the grind and borgeta open
Well I am back playing 2/4 I'll probably move up to 3/6 over spring break next week. Today started out really rough so I just stoped playing. But I just put in a great late night session where I won $150 in about 80 hands. My sets held up and I finally hit some straights, here is one of my favorites.

I had several hands like this where someone hits a gutshot on my set and I don't get the full house but finally I did. I think I should have check-raised the river but I think in the end betting out was a good move since I was able to 3 bet it.
I watched the last hour and a half of the Borgeta Open on Travel Channel and all I can say is wow. If you like aggressive poker then you were in heaven. They were pushing everyhand with nothing. It was pretty insane to see. Arieh played awful, his last hand where he pushed all in was just stupid but he even said afterword that his play was very bad. Daniel and David were battling for quite some time and some of the calls they were making were pretty crazy. Daniels call with K2 was pretty nuts, I can see why he made the call but I dont think I would have had the balls to do it. The way David played the hand was very nice though and completely confused Daniel. In the end Daniel really started to catch cards and it was pretty much downhill for David.
