another big day
Despite the post below i ended up doing really well today. Things started out really slow and i lost about $100 and decided to take a break. Played a WSOP STEP 1, got a step 1 freeroll for my 4th place finsh but went out on the bubble in the second one for $7, bah. But i felt that i was still playing well so i loaded up 2 more tables and i went on a run. I won back my hundred plus another $160. And i actually pulled a huge suckout on someone, i guess i cant bitch about other people now, check it out

I also been using PlayerView when i play and it has really helped me pick out the weaks spots at the table. It makes it so easy when you can see exactly how people play when you are in a hand with them.
I like the play at 3/6 much better than 2/4. There is usually 5-6 really tight players, 2-3 loose passive players playing 75% of the hands and 1 maniac. I like it much better than the overaggressive 2/4 tables. I cant exactly put my finger on it but 3/6 has also been treating me much better so i guess im biased.
I watched the WPT Foxwoods season 1 on tv tonight. It was interesting looking at it now that ive learned so much more about poker. One play really had me puzzled. Some dude was in a hand with phil ivey, ivey in the small blind and he was in the big blind. Ivey raised preflop with garbage and the guy called with AQ, flop came A65, ivey checked the dude bet 2/3s of the pot and ivey moved in. Then the guy FOLDED. I just dont see how you could fold there, i dont think that ivey would have just moved in with a hand better than AQ, he would have tried to tie the guy to the pot instead of just moving in on him. there are only 7 hands that beat you, A6, A5, 65, 55, 66, AK, AA. I just cant see ivey just moving in with any of these hands except maybe AK. But hindsight is 20/20 and i may be a complete moron.
I thought it was weird that there was only 89 entries in the tournament that year and this year there was over 600 i think. its crazy how fast poker has grown. i gotta try to get into one of these events, it would be really awesome to have an experiance like this and not to mention possibly becoming a millionaire.
